The Rack Raid is an annual, invitation-only 100-mile relay running race in South East Wales, organised by Fairwater Runners, Cwmbran.

Over 100 miles of road and countryside running split into 13 or 14 individual stages of varying lengths and difficulties.

Established in 1993 to celebrate Fairwater Runners' tenth anniversary, it serves as a popular local alternative or companion to the larger Welsh Castles Relay.
